“Not the greatest grocery store, but not the worst either. Not even the worst QFC really. Our QFC at Lake Hills is pretty decent. As with most grocery stores in the US, I wish the produce was higher quality, I wish that they had a better deli selection and more knowledgeable deli staff and a better meat case and more knowledgeable stuff. That said, the folks work in the these areas do their best and are very nice.”

“This pharmacy deserves a way better rating than what it has now! I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to here, and honestly the service and efficiency in this pharmacy are 100% better than Walgreens in NE 24th. The staff here are friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Every time I call, they’re very polite and welling to help or answer my questions. Now I have convinced my family members to use this pharmacy as well. I have never waited here for more than 15 minutes for pickup, most of the time when I come I can pickup right away. If I was in Walgreens, I would probably wait 15 days or even longer, and btw Walgreens never pick up the phone. I really appreciate everything they do in this pharmacy.”

They are also dealing w a lot of messes rn w the shortages and back orders and have to face a lot of upset customers because of this, so bonus points for their resiliently positive attitudes.”
“Oh, you're going to find nothing you need here, but this Rite Aid location is so bad, IT'S AWESOME. If a store could represent depression and self loathing, it's this place. It's like walking into post apocalyptic zombie land: shelves empty, half the store divided off, trashed flooring and janky Port AC units. HILARIOUSLY run down! I didn't talk to staff. I just wanted to pop over for a bottle of cold water, maybe pick up a card and magazine. They had none of it. I just wondered the oddly placed shelves in awe.”

“The staff here is so kind, both over the phone and in person. I’ve never had an issue with my medications with them and they’re pretty on top of things. Today especially they were very helpful. I desperately needed my medication asap and the automated service said it wouldn’t be ready for another couple days. I called and spoke to one of the pharmacists and he said he could just give me a smaller version of it today and the rest when I run out. It was such a huge help and I’m very grateful.”

“I read all the posts for this location frankly I'm shocked. I have been going to this pharmacy for about 20 years literally and I have never seen any of the bad behavior mentioned. Everyone has been professional and a couple know me from coming in so much that they are friendly and know pretty much who I am and why I'm there. Sometimes it does get busy and they're overwhelmed with customers this seem to happen a lot when COVID hit. Even still they always treated me well.”

“I Just spoke with Chase at the Bellevue Walgreena Pharmacy.He is extremely conscientious about his job. I was really impressed with his degree of patience in trying to find the information that I was requesting! He went out of his way to research different avenues , calling other Walgreens locations. He even called his competitors ,Bartels, and Fred Meyer's trying to find the information I was requesting because it wasn't coming up In his computer system. I only wish that all customer service representatives would be as diligent as he is! Hat's off to Chase at Bellevue Walgreens!”

“hello! i just want to write a review and also a suggestion... first i love alot the quality of ur meat and produce... they are tops!!! imo worth spending a couple extra $$$ for items that lasting at least 6 or 7 days.. and far as 2 weeks.. i tested it! more then couple times.. secind is during football season or any sport season it would be fair to offer that 10% discount to fans that are fans of other teams.. if u are loyal to all of us i assure u that us as ur customers would be loyal back... u would win everyones apprecistion by helping our weekend game bbqs n get-togethers using ur delicious fresh meats n produce.. even if u offered the away teams fans 5% while home team gets 10% it would mean alot to everyone”
“Bartells has been around this area for long long time . Since Rite Aids are closing the only other option is Walgreens , and they can’t handle their customers in the pharmacy, never answer the phone or have the pills , takes couple days to order them also. I changed to Bartels and am happy as they stay open late and on weekends too.”

“Had an urgent passport renewal appointment and discovered we did not have all documents needed at 9pm the night before the appointment first thing the next morning. Walgreen's came through for us; we were able to get all documentation printed in excellent quality. The attendant notified us that our own photo print ordered would likely not meet federal standards, so we were thankfully able to get an acceptable photo taken at much better quality and the perfect size. THANK YOU to Mr. Ray who was so incredibly charming, kind, and knowledgeable. I have never been so happy to be a Walgreen's customer and if anyone I know is ever in this situation, I will tell them Walgreen's can save the day! The appointment went perfectly, the photo and renewal application printout were accepted, zero issues. THANK YOU, Mr. Ray and Walgreen's!”
“I would like to formally recognize Angie and her team. We came in last min on Saturday as it was the only pharmacy open and needed an immediate prescription for my daughters ear infection. She went above and beyond to get the approval needed and worked late so that we could go home and start her medication immediately. “Pharmacy went out of their way to fill my prescription. I was visiting my son and his family when I misplaced my eye drops. I had cataract surgery 10 days ago and needed the drops. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to find a pharmacy that would replace them today. Most said it would take 24 hours, but they were willing to call my out of state pharmacy and make it happen.”
