Fix your website. It's broken and you have to hit clear price AFTER EVERY SINGLE SEARCH. Also the formatting constantly implodes. Your web devs should be ashamed of themselves for this absolutely broken trash they put forward. No wonder your stores are falling apart.

I gave my boyfriend a $20.00 bill to go into Safeways and purchase milk. He came running back out and >nformed me She had given him change for a 10. She had very quickly grabbed her register to count it in an unoccupied office. She said her till was short not over. She then called the manager ( Brandon Sweet). He was rude to begin with, and never spoke one word to her. He informed us that he had looked at the tape, and he could tell by the color of the bill that it was a 10 bill. He said he didn't need to look any further. He told us we needed a supena for the police to look at the tape. He then said we needed to leave. We said we weren't leaving without our change. He escorted us to the door. We called the police station and spoke with Officer Weaver. He said he was allowed to look at the tape but they were pretty bad quality. I believe the store policy was incorrect and she should never have counted her register by herself. Your manager needs a little training on how to deal with the public more professionally.

Tried to call corporate.. never answer.. I'm so tired of safeway battle ground not giving a rain ck..today $5. Rotisserie chix.. they ran out at 1030 am.. they said they didn't order enough.. I called Albertsons.. they never got their load.. so why can I not get a rain ck??not only that.. I use click it.. sometimes my item will not discount.. then they need to look at my ph.. geeze I'm there 4 times a week.. they know me.. this is so messed up

Never purchase Gift Cards from Safeway!! I purchased $750 of Home Depot gift cards from Safeway. Cards Pin Numbers were missing.. No big deal. Contact Safeway for a refund. 58 days and counting and no refund. Had same problem with QFC and 12 days later had a refund. Plus QFC gives 35 gallons of gas and Safeway only gives 25 gallons.
Always receive the same response when contacting Safeway, it is in accounting. This is totally unacceptable.
Never buy gift cards from Safeway.

hello! i just want to write a review and also a suggestion... first i love alot the quality of ur meat and produce... they are tops!!! imo worth spending a couple extra $$$ for items that lasting at least 6 or 7 days.. and far as 2 weeks.. i tested it! more then couple times.. secind is during football season or any sport season it would be fair to offer that 10% discount to fans that are fans of other teams.. if u are loyal to all of us i assure u that us as ur customers would be loyal back... u would win everyones apprecistion by helping our weekend game bbqs n get-togethers using ur delicious fresh meats n produce.. even if u offered the away teams fans 5% while home team gets 10% it would mean alot to everyone

Didn't care that somebody else could be dying in their parking lot
I witnessed an individual passed out in their car while it was running
They were still there when I left the store a half an hour to 45 minutes later

I DIDN'T KNOW IF THEY WERE DEAD OR NOT
I WENT BACK IN THE STORE AND TOM ACTED LIKE I WAS A WRONG TO REPORT IT TO HIM
CHASTISING ME ALL THE WAY OUT THE DOOR DISCRIMINATING AGAINST MY DISABILITIES
I LET HIM KNOW ABOUT
HE WAS ONLY WORRIED ABOUT HIS IMAGE INSIDE OF THE STORE ONCE HE WAS TOLD STRAIGHT OUT THAT A PERSON DYING IN A CAR WAS NOT IMPORTANT TO HIM
THREATENED THE TRESPASS ME BECAUSE I TRIED REPORTING SOMEBODY'S LIFE TO BE IN DANGER
I HAVE TOURETTES
THAT POS COULDN'T HANDLE MY TOURETTES AND FIGURED IT WOULD BE BETTER TO TRESPASS ME

Get hung up on begging for my OWN record since moving out of state. THE LOCAL pharmacy I'm Olympia on Harrison said to call them. They personally can not help. I've called weekly leaving messages. They just tell me to leave another message.i called today they hang up and said they will not be picking up my number anymore because I got frustrated. I got pissy yes after weeks of begging and paying 100 bucks. Today when the lady asked who did you talk to here or leave a voicemail with.she said I need a name. I don't know names I told her.she raised her voice at me so I said how am I to remember names when Ive been begging for weeks and she hung up now my number is blocked. I will be calling my lawyers. I'm in the middle of a case with meds that have been found out to cause a lot of harm to the person taking it and if.you have a kid . I need these record for multiple reasons. They will not give me the record but what works for them after unpaid 100 bucks I need 2014 to 2022 I got 2017 to 2019. Now if they don't get all my records I will go after both corporate and the local savin in Oly don't go to Olympia savon go to Tumwater if you have to use them

It's hilarious that this many people think that leaving a review of an office building will get their issues resolved. Why don't you contact the company/store manager directly instead of wasting your time on a review nobody at Safeway is going to see?
