My surrender period ended a month ago on an annuity with Symetra and it has been like pulling teeth to get my money from them. 30 days and counting, and I’m still waiting.
I would not recommend investing with them.

Great company! I have done business with Symetra for many years and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Horrible Company, Customer Service. I have had to resend paperwork based on incorrect information. I have called multiple times, given different information each time. They are Horrible at sending correspondence. If you have money with them, do not plan to see it if you need it.
