Horrible Company, Customer Service. I have had to resend paperwork based on incorrect information. I have called multiple times, given different information each time. They are Horrible at sending correspondence. If you have money with them, do not plan to see it if you need it.

Terrible! They will NOT return calls, and will NOT or don't know enough to answer questions over the phone. I've called SIX times over the past 2 weeks, they tell me I need to talk to another department that doesn't return phone calls. I had a VERY SIMPLE question. I'll transfer my accounts to get my answer.
