Terrible customer service. While the tacking shows the last updated information of my package was here, the staff did not help at all and was only repeating that she could not find any information of my package. She refused to answer any of my questions with impatient attitude.

No mail delivery for 2 weeks, and don’t answer the phone. The supervisor closes my ticket and claims she will investigate yet I hear nothing back and still no mail. Hopefully the cuts shut this place down as I’ve had problems with them since I moved here. Complete incompetence!
