When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. It is rare to see one person handle so much with such ease. John is friendly, incredibly organized, and fast as lightning. Even when the line is long, he keeps things moving efficiently without ever losing his positive attitude.
