“I get it all here, 1 or 2 times a month. Tobacco, tube, butane and the occasional glassware and lighters. Nice and informative staff.
The store is always clean and they carry alot of products
to choose from. It's my "Go To" store Great selection and prices!”

“Washington's GEM of Premium & Well Kept Cigars. THE BEST.
After getting into cigars this year, me and my wife have traveled the entire state going from cigar shop to cigar shop. Spending thousands in Premium Cigars from every brand and price point. Some had nice service, and good selection at a handful of shops. I've seen my share of bad shops, blue mold cigars, dried out sticks, and bad customer service.
This place was by far and beyond the best we've ever visited.
Daeho Dennis Yong was extremely knowledgeable, and maintains an impressive collection. Painstakingly writing all the information like flavor profiles, and Cigar Aficionado ratings.
Truly the best, if you visit any place in Washington come here and be wowed. If you have a trained eye you will see the attention to detail and care. I'm sure if you have questions Dennis will take care of you.
We will continue to make this our go to shop for everything we need to fill our humidor.

I have been going here ever since I quit smoking in 2015, they sold me my first device and walked me through all the options and what everything meant (it was much more complicated back then). I walked out with a Subtank Mini back when sub-ohm devices were new and cutting edge and used it for a long time before I graduated to RDAs and larger tanks.
Admittedly I occasionally buy devices online due to price differences but I have easily spent hundreds maybe thousands of dollars here on juice and other products.
Now in 2024 they have a very wide selection of pod devices and disposables (and pod coils), as well as all my favorite juice brands both salt and freebase for most flavors. Juice prices are crazy now due to new taxes but they aren't really any better online when you take shipping into account and I like that I can drive 5 minutes to support a local business and immediately get what I need.
Workers have always been knowledgeable and helpful! Back in the day they would actually hand make custom coils for you, and after I established myself as a regular the employees would sometimes give me wire so I could wrap a coil right there in the store.
FYI they do still sell tanks and replacement parts.”

“What a wonderful Vape store with a highly knowledgeable employee. I've been a long time vapor for many years, and although I am switching to some of the newer devices, they still appreciate the vapes lifestyle. Out of the 18 Vape stores I've gone to an a 40 mile radius, they have the absolute best juice selection I have seen since arriving in Washington state. They are extremely knowledgeable, and carries some really quality local made juices as well. I'm very happy I found a place with reasonable prices whom I can get my coils, salt Nic, and low nicotine cloud eliquid all in one trip. Lovely experience here. Highly highly recommend.”

“The main cashier (possibly owner?) of this spot is like an encyclopedia of knowledge on different vape and e cig products. I hate when I go in to the store and the staff are just as likely to hand me the wrong coil as the right one but I've had nothing but good luck here, all the employees are friendly, no one's rushing or trying to upsell, and prices are on the lower end of what you can find in North Seattle general area”

“I've been coming here for over a year, they always have the best products and best service. But tonight I bought some Kratom, after I drove off I mistakenly thought I was given a lower amount. I went back and they took my word and replaced it without question. When I got back to my car, I decided I needed to look better incase I missed something, and then I found the missing bag under my seat. I made sure to give them back the extra bag, but I cannot express my gratitude enough that they went the extra mile to replace what I thought was missing, and this is exactly why I love this store and their team behind the counter, I should have left you guys a review a long time ago

“Been here 4 times now. First 3 I saw the same guy. He was nice ish but not very welcoming and when I asked for recommendations he was very vague, not super helpful and seemed annoyed that I even asked. For those experiences alone I would give 2 maybe 3 stars. Today, I finally saw a different employee and he was much more welcoming, helpful and friendly. For him alone I have raised my experience to 4 stars(considering my previous experiences). Will continue to come here in hopes I get the same employee as today (12/15) and bc it’s super close to home lol”
