Walgreens is a store for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The store feels very open and clean and is stocked very well. It is a good store for purchasing over the counter items. The pharmacy gets the job done, with staff noted for going above and beyond in customer service and showing caring for patients. However, the pharmacy could use a little more training and being a little more friendly. There is always a long line and wait at the pharmacy whether using drive-in or going into the store. Some confusion has been noted with over-the-counter options and checkout. The staff at the front register is friendly and helpful. A common theme across reviews is that the store is miserably understaffed, making it impossible to find someone working on the floor while shopping. The store does not accept FedEx QR codes for package drop off. While some items are not price marked, the store offers a reasonable selection overall. Many customers choose this location over the only other nearby drugstore.
I think it's just this Walgreens. Maybe they are understaffed OR maybe it's a cultural difference. Typically, people don’t take wallets from the customer for identification after showing them the ID.

Don’t get photos here. It’s a complete waste of money. The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. The digital passport photo I received was not formatted at all. It’s outrageous! I will not set foot in this place in the future

Does anyone actually work here? Shelves are empty and big lines for pharmacy, photos, and cash register.
