“Great at what they do. Though sometimes you have to get them to tell you more about what you're getting, hence the 4 vs 5 star. Bonus...if you get multiple months (3), they don't charge as much due to less labor, and they'll let you know that 3 months are a lot less expensive than a month at a time (42% difference for mine). They'll also help get you prescription adjusted, fax the doc, to get enough for discount. So for the most part exemplary.”
“This was my first time using Alto and honestly it was so quick and user friendly. They received the prescription and it was already being processed and ready to ship the next day. I was hesitant to download yet another app but it was so user friendly and easy to navigate. I loved that I could track my order and they had a video that explained how to use my prescription and it made me feel so comfortable.”

“I've only been there twice, had great service and no hassle at all. the QFCwhere I live in North Bend is the absolute worst I've ever seen they tried to deny and hold my prescription until I prove that I can get it that day. were they say they're out of it, I asked for a partial and they don't want to do it they want me to wait 30 days when I'm on a 28-day schedule even though it's none of their business why I'm on a 28-day schedule this is the one that works best for my doctor and i. the insurance has no issue with it but they keep hassling me it's been going on for a long time now and I'm done. go to the QFC in Eastgate it's worth the hour drive for me”

“I don't think I've ever had to wait in line more than 5 minutes and often there's no line at all, even during busy times of day. The pharmacists are fast, helpful, and friendly. They've never made an error with my prescriptions. On the rare occasion there's some sort of issue with my prescriptions which is usually my insurance's fault, they've been receptive and helpful!”

“I cannot thank the young male pharmacist working this Tuesday evening enough. I arrived completely emotionally burnt out and in severe pain because a Lynnwood clinic had entered my date of birth incorrectly on my prescription. Because of that error, I was legally blocked from getting my medicine, and the clinic’s only 'solution' was for me to wait 48 hours for a system update.
This pharmacist was incredibly patient and actually took the time to listen to my situation when I was at my breaking point. Instead of letting me walk away without my medication, he used his professional judgment to resolve the error via verbal confirmation with the clinic so I could get my medicine immediately. He saved me from two days of unnecessary suffering and was the only person in this entire process who showed true empathy. Safeway is lucky to have him.”
“I Just spoke with Chase at the Bellevue Walgreena Pharmacy.He is extremely conscientious about his job. I was really impressed with his degree of patience in trying to find the information that I was requesting! He went out of his way to research different avenues , calling other Walgreens locations. He even called his competitors ,Bartels, and Fred Meyer's trying to find the information I was requesting because it wasn't coming up In his computer system. I only wish that all customer service representatives would be as diligent as he is! Hat's off to Chase at Bellevue Walgreens!”
