The service is generally friendly, and I appreciate the online banking features they offer, which make managing my account easy. However, I've encountered long wait times during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent bank with some room for improvement.

I’ve been a customer of WF since 1989…and have used this branch almost exclusively since 2006. I have ALWAYS been greeted and helped by all the staff. I highly recommend.
