Very helpful staff. Didn't try to sell me some new promotion, partly because they knew that I'm moving soon, and completed what I asked for quickly.

Long waits, been in several times for the same issues, never resolved

Not great. Needed to wait 30 minutes at the Factoria store to drop off my device and asked to wait another 30+ if I needed a receipt. One staff was great but another was rude.
Avoid this place and use a UPS Store to return your device.
