“After dealing with an absolutely horrible experience at the Issaquah location regarding the purchase of a new phone, I came to the Bellevue Square location frustrated and was prepared to leave T-Mobile for another carrier if the issue was unable to be resolved. The whole team at the Bellevue location was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Ashley especially was an INCREDIBLE help, and guided me through the whole process of purchasing my new phone and getting everything set up. She also helped me find a new case, screen protector, protection plan, etc. She was personable and I was so happy with my experience, that I left the store with my attitude towards T-Mobile having done a complete reversal.
