absolutely terrible! poor customer service Long wait to talk to somebody. pushy sales people thinking about there pockets .. not the customer. So done with this location. makes Walmart look like the Ritz Carlton!

The fellas helping me out with my service were top notch, proficient and efficient. The manager, Daniel H, was rude to every customer he encountered and lied to several people about not being able to provide a receipt for returned equipment. It's against Washington State law to refuse a receipt when a customer has requested one.

I went there the lady who ask for your name needs a life she talks and looks like Someone just died I felt like I was in most unfriendly place it was so bad that I went to fed ex n send the phone off .. The dude I was waiting for please they all looked depressed suicidal the looks i from them all was like I can't believe we have costumes ..get a life a happy one i tried to return the phone the look i got was like so upsetting look on his face, goodness, don't go there.. And a guy was on his laptop a woman asked him a question the black guy got up and said I'm working and walked off that's the kind of ppl you like to how rude heartless lifeless ppl don't go there

Comcast/xfinity is terrible and their service is horrible. I had a contract for a 400mbps plan at $50 until March 2025, but they suddenly canceled my connection today for no reason. When I contacted them, they pushed me to sign up for a pricier plan. It seems like their tactic is to push customers from the best promotions to costlier plans. They claim they can't reinstate my connection, while it was their fault, but can disconnect it easily. It's frustrating dealing with their monopoly-like behavior. As a layperson, I feel cornered into taking a more expensive plan with no other choice. What a terrible way to conduct business.And now they are charging for my old account the one which they cancelled by mistake.

I'm a Comcast-Xfinity customer for years. While they gave me steady internet and home security, I'm giving them a two stars for their storefront staffs. The installation techs are usually very friendly and knowledgeable but it's the Factoria location staffs. Twice I witnessed the staff named Daniel not friendly at all. He was stationed as the check in staff, no greeting, rude, doesn't want to answer questions, hollered at customers and showed all his impatience on his face.... My list can go on. Definitely needs retraining!

It seems like Comcast just embraces the "worst company in the US" title now. Instead of paying to get quality, competent people, they figure since everyone thinks we're the worse anyway, just cheap out and hire incompetent, lazy fools. This store does well to reflect that company culture as well as their phone support people do (if you can even get one on the line). I guess when you bribe congress and state legislatures to give you monopolies all over the country, you don't have to care so much about actually taking care of your customers / hostages.

Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere. Xfinity has several 5-8 hours outages per month it's very painful when you are cut out in middle of an important meeting. 4 to 5 times is understandale, but they keep cutting down service on a fairly regular basis, as if to cut cost or something.

On the evening of September 27th I returned my modem to the Totem Lake, WA store. They we're busy with cellular customers but assured me that they would check it in that evening and my account would be closed automatically. When I got a bill for an additional month I contacted Comcast only to discover that my account was not closed until October 4th. Long after I had left town. Customer service was unwilling to make the correction for something that was not my mistake. It's bad enough the monthly charges for service but now they're trying to steal from me on top of that? What a bunch of crooks!!!!!

WORST service available. Only a few of my complaints, never helpful, never able to speak to a live person, takes back equipment then tells you that you didn’t return it, owes you a refund and never pays! Again, WORST service available!
