“I went in to Bellingham Ford several weeks ago with the intent of purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. I explained what I was looking for but they did not have any on the lot at that time. They promised to call when they had something that they thought would fit my requirements.
Yesterday I called them and was told they still had nothing that they thought would fit. So, I made an appointment to go in and maybe modify my requirements.
Today I went in and the sales manager was waiting for me. I went through what I wanted in a vehicle and he had a Ford Explorer that was apparently made for me. The color was perfect. The ride is great. It drives very smoothly. It has all the bells and whistles that I need (okay - that I want). And then we got to the hard part. How Much $$$$$? Well, it was a little more than I planned to pay. . . but the vehicle was perfect. So, with the trade-in and the rebates we got it to the right place. YEA!!!
At the dealership, every person I had any contact with was courteous and professional. The sales manager, the general sales manager, the finance /warranty person(who, by the way, has the toughest job). And the owner also came down to congratulate me.
In my opinion, this is the best run car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is second to none.
As you might have guessed, I highly recommend this dealership. Bellingham has a real gem. And I got hugs from everyone on the way out.”

Unfortunately, they didn't have the right battery in stock, but he gave me suggestions where to find the battery and walked over to our car to assist in jump starting. Super nice guy! “Why 5 stars? Head on in and find out for yourself! You won't find a friendlier, more helpful staff anywhere. Example: I really wanted to upgrade my wet weather gear. I went in to get some opinions and insight regarding brands and materials and such. Figured out what I wanted, but it wasn't an item they carry in the store and was listed as out of stock online. Not to worry, because they found exactly what I was looking for at an affiliate store in Pennsylvania, the right size and color. There was only one. A call was made, and 3 days later I got a message that my jacket was there. Bingo! No hassle amazing service, every time I go in there. They carry a wide selection in store, and will go the extra mile to find what you need if they don't have it. Disclaimer: I am not a guide. Not sure why Google has that up there...”
