“My heart's been absolutely warmed by the experience I had at NAPA Auto Parts in Ferndale. I came over from BC to get some stuff I couldn't get in Canada. As I was about to leave, my old BMW decided it didn't want to move anymore. I tried my best to get it to go but went back in to see if someone could help, and help he did! He stayed with me for probably almost an hour helping me to try to figure it out, looking up fuses and relays, checking out different parts of the fuel system and getting things from the store to help. When we finally got it going I took off in a hurry without getting his name, but if you read this, thank you so much!”
