“We were driving back from Canada a couple days ago (400 miles from home) when the Low Coolant light started coming on. Since we had had our regular oil change just recently, it was weird that the light would come on. My husband thought maybe there was a leak and told me to find a Napa store. Good thing we stopped. The coolant was low and the gentleman (Jason or Troy (I was so panicked I didn't even ask)) helped me enormously, going so far as to come check if there was a leak and then topped it off, too. Afterwards the coolant light didn't come on the entire drive and I made sure it wasn't leaking each time we stopped. We later discovered that the Benz dealership (will not go there again) hadn't topped off any of the fluids during the oil change. Thank you so much to the kind gentlemen at this Napa for helping us make it back home. 🙏🏼”
