“I switched to Jack's Bicycle Center about 2 years ago, and highly recommend their customer service. They have serviced and worked on my Gazelle Citizen E-bike, and my Specialized Crosstrail gravel bike. Last fall, they replaced the chain and the cassette on my Crosstrail, and at the same visit, I decided to replace the hybrid tires (that still had very good tread) with gravel tires to improve the grip on our Bellingham gravel trails. I chose the Giant Crosscut gravel tire for replacement on my bike, and I'm very pleased with the improved grip on wet or dry trails. Even if I stand up on the pedals. I figure this is cheap insurance to improve my riding safety as I'm an active retired senior who also enjoys sea kayaking and musical pursuits. Also, I just installed better ergonomic grips via a special order at Jack's this week, and they decided to stock this on their floor when I picked up the special order just this week. Their shop is always prompt and efficient in seeing me back on the trails or road. Thank you, Jack's Bicycle Center!”
