The customer service is truly amazing from the Branch Manager down to the Tellers. Depending on the day of the week the wait time can get up there, but at least everyone is friendly, pleasant, and most importantly respectful.

Came in right before closing and they were still very patient and friendly with me.Helped me make a deposit and also sat down with me to update my address.I guess I haven't seen what it is like during busy hours, but so far I am very happy with this branch.

2 windows open 12 people standing in line. Came in at 3:30 won't be out well 4-4:15. They need more employees. Or to open the one back up in Lynden. The 30 minute drive for a 30 minute wait is annoying.
