“Due to personal matters, I was very late to pick up my rental, and didn’t call, I just showed up. Both gentlemen I spoke with were patient and worked with me. Due to me arriving hours after initially planned, my original vehicle was no longer available. It worked out in my favor as they ended up significantly upgrading my vehicle, and I am so very thankful for that.
