My meds were transferred from Rite Aid. I tried to open up account to see my prescriptions online and for some reason it will not accept my date of birth. What is the problem?

I truly do not know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. They are fantastic. If a manager is reading this, give yourself and your employees a raise. I pick up numerous prescriptions from them and they are fast, helpful and have saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I can not recommend them enough.
