Bellingham CVS has consistently been efficient, friendly, informative and helpful with any and all pharmacy concerns and i've always been notified and informed when scrips were ready. The team seems extremely busy but never irritated by the stresses of the volume of orders theyre processing. Ive aleays been given time for explanations about scrips and any questions ive had were met with helpful and compassionate responses.

I truly do not know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. They are fantastic. If a manager is reading this, give yourself and your employees a raise. I pick up numerous prescriptions from them and they are fast, helpful and have saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I can not recommend them enough.

Had to take this opportunity to recognize Mustafa and Destiny at the CVS/Target pharmacy In Bellingham. They were so patient and helpful in assisting me in navigating through a particularly complex situation. Additionally, as a veteran, I am so grateful for CVS’s partnership with the VA and their continued commitment to our nation’s veterans! I just hope CVS realizes how lucky they are to have pharmacy staff like these fine folks on their team!

Tried to make a vaccine appointment multiple times online each time it says no appointments available. CVS is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with.

We have received a call for 5 days in a row at 6:01 AM from a person who identifies themselves as "CVS". We will NEVER use their services because of this. Stop the calls.

Been here twice and they opened and closed as they wishes. It is a pharmacy so they should open with their posted hours.

I came to CVS after Walgreens had given me the runaround to the point where I was two days late on my medication. There was only one worker, Eric, and he heard me quite possibly at my worst. He dealt with me so professionally and managed to get my meds in same day, despite them being understaffed. When I got there, He was kind enough to have already applied a discount. I made it a bit difficult by asking him to rering everything under a goodrx card to see if it was any cheaper. He did so with a smile on his face. His service was quick, friendly, and caring. I'm excited to call this my pharmacy going forward.Whoever's in charge, get Eric a raise!

I have been on hold over 30 minutes. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. There is no excuse for this. I have seen long wait times, but to just not answer the phone.

Listen - i do really get it that Corporate isn't paying it's employees well enough to attract talent & cultivate loyalty. (I heard a rumor of what they're paying & I'd quit too, if i had to deal w/grouchy customers all day for that kind of pay). But the store literally just closes. No employees, so no open; Sometimes for almost a week! And people have necessary medications 'stuck' in there! It's incredibly dangerous to have this happen, not once, not twice, but numerous times in the last year. And with no warning, nothing on the website, no phone message or txt, nothing! Just closed until further notice & the corporate headquarters "doesn't know anything about it." Some of us have insurance that forces us to use this pharmacy (there are no other CVS stores in this area). CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET IT'S ASS IN GEAR and PAY ENOUGH TO KEEP TALENT & fix whatever issues are going on, that nobody wants to keep working at this store. (Personally, I think a frigging window to the outside would help - it's so depressing in the dark back-corner of the Target.) But basically, DECENT PAY would help the most. Whatcom Co is a very expensive place to live these days. They need to make enough money to compensate for dealing with grouchy people all day and still be able to live in driving distance -- and they don't. Corporate needs to improve this location by improving compensation.

They close without warning! They close without notice!!! How are those of us who are in need of important meds (diabetic) supposed to survive if you cannot open or notify me of a closure and ability to transfer!!!!!

I am very pleased with CVS Pharmacy at Target in Bellingham. Jana is not only friendly and helpful, she is beautiful. I always enjoy seeing her. You need to hire more people like her if there are any more like her out there.

While I think the staff at CVS are sometimes overworked, they are helpful and kind. I switched insurance this year, and a medication I take was barely covered by the new insurance. It was going to be ~$800/month, which is insane. The staff helped me find a manufacturer coupon and got my copay to $0.
