“I'm not a handy person and get easily overwhelmed in hardware stores, but every time I come in the folks who work here truly go the extra mile and are down to troubleshoot whatever problems you're facing. Today I went in for help unjamming a part stuck in my lightsaber, and instead of feeling completely silly, I got help drilling the piece out free of charge. Will definitely use this store for all my hardware needs in the future!”
“I wasn’t aware how large their pet selection was here. They carry a lot of specialty dog and cat foods as well as the fresh kind as well. I started going here to find the healthy food for my senior dog. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for specialty pet food and don’t want to order it online. The staff is super helpful and will help you find whatever looking for. Also enjoy the resident cat, that keeps your company while you shop!”

“We have used Builder’s Alliance for most of the steps in building our home. From lumber take-offs to siding and decking. They have always given great service! Most recently we went in to look at deck railing and worked with Willy at the Bellingham location. He gave great guidance and helped find exactly what we were looking for and even helped figure out what lengths would work best for our layout and budget. He got to the bottom of some confusion when it came to returning and adding on some of the product and deserves recognition for great customer service from start to finish!”

“It's a home improvement center. Need a tool, maybe some cleaners, or perhaps you're shopping for some flooring, appliances, windows, bathroom treatments, lumber, etc. It's a giant corporate hardware store, so don't think too hard about it. Staff is usually pretty attentive and nice. Prices are fare, return policies are good.”

“A giant candy store - having previously only shopped online or seeing the random Grizzly machine or two in a friend's shop it was great to be able to walk around and put hands on such a large selection. The staff was helpful, the prices were good (and no shipping), and Bellingham was cute.”
“I went there for the first time today. The main water supply to my house had burst, so I went in to Ferguson in a state of panic and in about 5 minutes they gave me all the supplies I needed to fix the pipe. It required some unique parts (converting 1 1/2 " PVC to 1" copper pipes.) They had all the supplies I needed and fast. Thanks!”

Update: I took a star off as they are constantly out of stock on so many things and I was told they normally don't stock tool boxes and to try one of the next closest stores, although I should give them a star back because MT Vernon HF did Infact have a lot more stock!”
