I came by to get my tire pressure checked and filled after a warning light came on. Someone approached me right away, checked all the tires, was really courteous and professional, then finally said everything looked good and it was probably just normal wear as all tires were around the same level.
Where else can you get that level of service for free? If this is how they treat non paying customers, then I will definitely be back when I need other work done.

We were traveling and had a strict deadline. Unfortunately we had a nail in our tire and the crew was so kind and helpful. They rushed our tire change so the we could make it on time. I highly recommend them!!!

Huge thanks to Les Schwab and especially Jackson for the excellent service! After Discount Tire refused to repair my tire (and instead tried to sell me 4 new ones because the model I have a warranty for is no longer available), I came here feeling frustrated and a bit taken advantage of.
Jackson quickly found the nail, repaired the tire, and had me safely back on the road in no time. No upselling, no games—just honest, professional service. I’ll definitely be bringing all my future tire business to Les Schwab!

I had come to the states for my families nexus appointment and was hanging around the area shopping. I had a screw in my tire and the air was coming out fast. I was heading to Napa to get a tire plug so I can fix this back in Canada, I spotted this store heading from trader joes.I didn’t even intend to go to tires Les Schwab but it was a blessing in disguise. It was about 4:30pm 30 minorities to closing and I was helped by a gentlemen who happily accepted my car and said it’ll be done the same day. They had me back on the road in about 15 minutes, with a patch. The lady inside unsure if it’s Reagan N (on my service paper it may be the person had first helped me) had me sign a paper and told me there was no charge. I was insisting to pay but she had declined saying how getting my family home safe was their priority. I have never encountered such business back home in Canada and would never expect a business to do that. I have had tire patches done for me in the past and most places are not open to walk ins nonetheless trying to get into a place 30min to closing. Usually if it’s an emergency I’d happily compensate for emergency repairs. I am shocked how great and caring the staff are at tires les Schwab and just as shocked they wouldn’t take my money. I am thankful that they got me and my family home safe. Would not hesitate to do business with them! I frequent the states a lot and would definitely consider getting a full set of tires from them once my set runs out.

Took my daughter's car in for a tire replacement but was warned of other things, which they were able to take care of quickly and within their quote. 100% recommend this location; they have great staff too.

I took my car to this location due to having 2 flat tires, and I received it back missing 1 of my hubcaps! I had 4 hubcaps when I took it in, and now I only have 3 hubcaps! I'm not happy!

I’m so grateful for the staff here for taking care of my mother’s car, but I am most impressed by Reagan. She was not only incredibly patient and explained everything that was done to make sure my mother understand what work was done, but she also took extra time to go above and beyond to teach my mom how to check her brake fluid and oil level. Never have I ever seen someone who went out of their way to educate my mother so kindly and patiently to ensure she can safely check the levels herself and what to watch out for. Thank you Reagan for being one of the great ones!

I have been going to Les Schwab for decades. They are consistently honest about what does, and doesn't, need to be done for a safe, smooth ride. They stand behind their products and service, and are both thorough and quick. My whole family goes to Les Schwab! :]

Wow. This was one of the best customer service experiences of my life.
Wren was the picture of a humble, upbeat worker with a good attitude. He opened the door for me, helped me at the computer and stayed late to get my flat tire fixed, all with a great attitude.
I got the feeling that Wren was not one of his kind. This was a great crew, running to get things done quicker and taking customers in happily and readily.
If I had been able to get them donuts or beers I would have.
There was also fresh coffee and popcorn, thanks to the receptionist.

What a blessing to Bellingham that Les Schwab is strong and steady, always interested in providing the best tire products and finest service. I have been a customer for at least 20 years. Currently, I drive 60-80 miles daily and I carefully check my tire air pressure once a month. I am so grateful that Les Schwab makes it easy for me to do this at their James Street location.

We had a sudden flat tire today while passing through the area. Luckily, this shop was nearby and quickly took us in. The staff was incredibly professional and efficient—they got us back on the road in no time. Even though we were just passing by, we are truly grateful for their help. Highly recommended!
