Truck lower ball joint came off while driving. They were able to get it rolling again and replaced all other worn parts quickly. Pricey but it's a 38 year old truck so probably needed it sooner . All in all very good experience.

Mike at the James street location is a top notch guy. I left the meridian Les Schwab very upset with how the manager handled things and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. All the other employees have been friendly and courteous. Will be going to this location from here on out.
