We received excellent customer service from both the manager and the sweet young lady. They helped us figure out our accounts and also set up a new phone with ease.. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing any services to do with metro..

Rafael and Jouan were great....super friendly and knowledgeable....
Rafael is a multi tasker....handled 3-4 customers seemlessly....
Thought I was gonna be there awhile....but Rafael handled 4 customers simultaneously and cut our wait time down quite a bit....as if I only had to wait for one customer before my turn but he had all of us handled simultaneously.....great store....m.davis

Rafeal and Jhoan were amazing, Both guys are extremely nice and easy to work with, they explained the what was going on each step of the way so that way I was not lost during the process and understood what my options were via my phone service. Jhoan helped me select the best phone which would workout for my budget and what I needed, as well as setup everything. Thank you to you both Rafeal and Jhoan, it was a wonderful experience getting my phone from you guys. :-)

Would avoid like plague. Very unprofessional and incompetent. They don't listen or care, my phone broke and they refused assist me in the way I needed, and then told me the claim can be completed online, which I had tried before visiting the store. And I clearly told them I cant access my account without authenticating it (and can't without the phone), which is why I went in to begin with, as told by their support team when I called using my roommates phone. If you need affordable and effective service, switch to cricket or something, anything but these people. They wasted my time and money.

I just bought a phone from this store a week ago the guy sold it to me supposed to be the manager he changed my plan without explaining details then I went back and tried to change my plan he was just rude I'm never going to go back to the store. He also sold me a broken phone so I have to go the next day and exchange it. No apologies. Also speaks English to his coworkers but he wouldn't speak English to me thinking that I don't speak English. I am 100% bilingual.

Had a prepaid plan I purchased while travelling around the US for a month. The plan wasn’t working so I went into this store. A kid about 19-20 years old put in the most minimal effort possible before telling me he couldn’t fix the plan with a grin on his face and acting smug the entire time. I then had to phone t mobile and spend over 2 hours on the phone getting the plan to work because the kid at this store didn’t want to do more than the minimum at his job.
