Great advice, friendly staff, great stock and amazing warranty on things you buy online or at the store. Even used equipment that is not fitting or performing as expected can be returned or resold

The staff was very friendly, and not overly sales like. I've gone along with friends each time and so I've never been a member- it would be nice to get 10% off each full price item I buy though.
