“Recently purchased my LiftX 5.2 from Phil and Tim, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Not only did they handle the delivery seamlessly, but they also came out and personally helped me learn how to ride it on my very first day. As a en x- windsurfer but with zero prior eFoil experience, I was a bit nervous, but these guys are unbelievable instructors. They had me riding on my knees and completely comfortable with the board in no time. I liked them so much—friendly, highly knowledgeable, and top-tier customer service. They recently rearranged the entire store to adapt to what people seem to want. “We have twice now been exceedingly impressed by this store.First in December 2023, we needed new turf boots and every store we checked was either sold out or only carried brand’s that do not fit my daughter’s narrow feet. Soccer City had a multiple options for her to choose from and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.This weekend the sole started to fall off the boot (fault of Nike, not the store). Due to long border lineups, by the time we got through the border, our anticipated arrival at the store was exactly when the store closed. We called the store and explained what we were looking for and that we were cutting it very close as to whether or not we would arrive in time.We ended up arriving a minute after close. The incredible gentleman at the store was waiting with options pulled for us. While I was rushing my child, he was incredibly patient, despite our late arrival and his right to close up and go home.I can’t say enough positive things about this store and their incredible staff. I have already recommended to many people and will continue to do so.”

“This is the spot. Excellent shop, good gear you won't find at other retails, amazing staff with excellent experience. There's a little used gear room in the back and a side room/library/den with climbing and mountaineering books you won't find anywhere else. Truly a gem.”

“Been here multiple times with zero issues, i think the other reviews are being a bit dramatic.
Ive bought 5 pairs of shoes and returned 2 (because my feet are weird), months later with no reciept and they accepted, immediate refund and very nice staff.
Decent selection and good prices, even more online, and hassle free returns as long as you dont wear them(clean them if you did)
