“Discount Tire repaired a nail puncture in one of my tires that I had purchased from them. My salesperson, Noah K., was extremely courteous, friendly & professional, both when he answered my phone call prior to my visit, as well as when I arrived at the store. The technician, Jackson, was also very friendly and informative. The repair was free, and they checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires, as well as the spare tire! When I originally purchased the tires, they matched the lower price at Costco. I highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire needs.”
“I came to the Iron Gate, Bellingham, WA store to get a tire rotation on our Les Schwab purchased tires on a Saturday in mid August. The store was very busy as employees were helping other stores with deliveries etc...leaving minimal staff to work on quite a few vehicles. I was pleasantly greeted even though the staff was working their butts off trying to help everyone coming in (which was a lot of people). I was informed that the wait could be pretty long but they would get to our vehicle soon, the wait was not that long and the service was great. Jon (manager) has a great staff and the employees are serious about their work and it shows with all the repeat customers.”
“I came by to get my tire pressure checked and filled after a warning light came on. Someone approached me right away, checked all the tires, was really courteous and professional, then finally said everything looked good and it was probably just normal wear as all tires were around the same level.
Where else can you get that level of service for free? If this is how they treat non paying customers, then I will definitely be back when I need other work done.”
