“No pun intended, but we had a pretty rough run of luck and both of our vehicles broke down within a short time of each other. Lucky's came through for us on both repairs much faster than we expected. Their quick turnaround meant we always had at least one working vehicle during a stressful situation. One of the repairs was a complete transmission replacement, and they were able to source and install it quicker than I anticipated. Additionally, the owner is incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsold on services we didn't need. It's refreshing to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and I would highly recommend Lucky's to anyone.”

“First of all, Gary was a huge help & kept me in the loop about the status of my car. The service guys were on top of everything & professional. The shuttle guys were great drivers, & made the drive to/from my home a pleasant & positive experience. Can’t say enough about the thorough work, customer service, & professionalism these guys delivered. I felt like I was their priority & treated with the utmost respect & care! And the waiting room was comfortable & stocked with many complimentary beverages…. Comparing this place/service to the local dealership I also visited the same week is hands down NO contest! The dealership didn’t treat me like Bham Automotive, & they certainly didn’t keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. The only reason I was there is because Gary (Bham Automotive) told me the specific problem would most likely be covered by the warranty (which it was). Thanks to everyone who assisted me with my vehicle!😄”

“I was in a bind and really needed my car towed immediately. Before deciding to deal with AAA, I reached out to Aaron at Bellingham Towing, who is a total delight, and cut me a break I really needed. He also recommended a couple of local mechanics for my vintage European clunker, that he has worked with in the past, which was above & beyond.I had to call back to verify some information, and the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and patient with me while I fumbled around for an address. I think their name was Lena & they were very sweet.The driver, Dylan, arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call and straight up saved my day. He helped push my car into the alley, cautiously navigated tricky roads, and steep hills, and ultimately provided excellent customer service. He was awesome, even my partner remarked just how much!It's so refreshing to experience quality care from local establishments. I've been in service forever, and I find myself really frustrated when workers don't extend the same warmth & initiative that I do when I'm clocked on. It matters!I will absolutely be recommending Bellingham Towing based on my 10/10 experience. I was concerned that I was going to have to fork out money I didn't have to spare, but they were affordable, too.Thanks, folks!”

“Our Tesla ran out of charge and we learned at our most recent servicing, they changed our software to not allow 3rd party charging. I called them in at 10:30pm on a Saturday night to tow us to Burlington. Larry was fast, helpful, kind and got us to where we needed to be. We are from 3 hours away with 4 little kids with us so this was a really stressful time. Thank you, Larry for the safe ride and saving our night! “Omar Avelar with Hookup Towing is a stand up guy!!! Me and my family we stranded at Washington pass and after many hours (12) of being stranded and walking miles we were unable to get the rental car company to get us a tow service. Omar reached and let me know that he was not going to let us spend the night on the mountain! He took a leap of faith that he was going to get paid and came and got our vehicle!! I highly recommend this company!!”
