βSince 2003 I have purchased 2 cars from Bruce Cox and had them both serviced at Bruce Cox Imports. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am able to schedule servicing when it is convenient for me. The team gives me a full explanation of needed servicing and repairs and the cost. The work is completed in a timely manner and there are no "surprises." I highly recommend Bruce Cox Imports.β
βNeeded a diagnostic and a very very minor repair. The total was around $324. Diagnostic ran to $240 for one hour. Very nice people. I wouldnt call the prices 'reasonable', but might reflect prices for the area.β
βI've had three vehicles done at Tint Lady. Always quality work.
Recently my driver's door window was broken and replaced and needed tinting. It took them only about 30 minutes and I was on my way.
When my driver's door glass shattered at about 60 mph, the tint held it together and I did not get a single cut. That in itself is a good reason to have your glass tinted.
Tint Lady in my opinion is the best place in Whatcom County to have it done.β
βThere is a reason why this place has a great reputation! They make it easy and charged me less than I was expecting. I would certainly go back. Wished they serviced other brands of cars.β
βNo pun intended, but we had a pretty rough run of luck and both of our vehicles broke down within a short time of each other. Lucky's came through for us on both repairs much faster than we expected. Their quick turnaround meant we always had at least one working vehicle during a stressful situation.
One of the repairs was a complete transmission replacement, and they were able to source and install it quicker than I anticipated. Additionally, the owner is incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsold on services we didn't need. It's refreshing to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and I would highly recommend Lucky's to anyone.β

βI had my 2012 Volks Golf TDI worked on here. I had either the serpintine belt or the timing chain done (I can't remember which). I have also had my valve cover and intake manifold replaced. They do excellent work and have saved me a lot of money compared to what a dealer would have charged. They have the over night drop for covenience, and their employees know the vehicles very well and can quickly help you figure out what you need done if you are not good with cars and maintenance.β
βSehome express lube doesn’t do foreign cars and recommended that I go to master lube. The folks at master lube were crazy quick and no nonsense. They replaced my wipers and washed the windows as well. Highly recommend!β
βRob helped me install my running lights on my car after seeing me struggling to do so in the parking lot. offered amazing service and was a tremendous help.. I recommend going to him for anyone who frequents jiffy lube. Thank you Rob for the help and this experience has made me a loyal customer now.β
βKudos to Bellingham Honda. I just purchased my third Honda product through them. As I've come to expect the entire experience from walking on to the lot to leaving with a new vehicle was seamless professional friendly and believe it or not quite a bit of fun. Loved working with our sales representative Pete Davis who went above and beyond our expectations. Pete went out and found the vehicle we were looking for and was able to procure it in a timely manner. He never made us feel like we were being too picky. I asked a lot of questions and Pete had a lot of answers.
Also appreciate their finance department We dealt with John who was a pleasure to work with. I have unfortunately experienced the deterioration of customer service over the last few years. βI have worked with Brian for many years on vehicle maintenance & repair, and I’ve not had a single issue with the quality of their work, diagnostic, or quoted repairs. We have Toyota vehicles only, and their ability to provide expert / master tech maintenance & repairs keeps us from utilizing the dealership for over priced service with minimal accountability. We still recommend Doctor John’s Auto service & repair for honest & truly professional vehicle service.β

The shuttle guys were great drivers, & made the drive to/from my home a pleasant & positive experience. Comparing this place/service to the local dealership I also visited the same week is hands down NO contest! The dealership didn’t treat me like Bham Automotive, & they certainly didn’t keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. The only reason I was there is because Gary (Bham Automotive) told me the specific problem would most likely be covered by the warranty (which it was).

βWent in with my new to me truck that had sat for a very extended period, I went in thinking that every hose etc was going to need replaced and this that and the other would be wrong. I was delighted by their honesty in the fact that less was wrong than anticipated, they could have said many things were wrong but chose a route of integrity, to me that speaks volumes. Also, the services provided I personally felt were handled at a fair price which was another nice surprise. Me and my Dodge will definitely be returning for continued serviceβ
βHad a blown fuel injector line on an F-350. Called 3 shops and none would touch it. Sound took it in had it done by the next morning for half of what I expected to pay! Thanks Dustin and Aaron!β
βMy daughter’s brakes went on her car while visiting lake watcom from Canada. I googled mechanics in the area and rising sun came up. Took a chance and took car there. They immediately took the car in. Fixed it in 2 hours and got us back on the road and back to Canada. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and thank you to the mechanic. Kai I believe his name was. Great job.

βSo glad I found them! Kia wanted $1038 for a new oil pump balancer. They do not sell nor have part numbers for the internal bearings which were the problem. AEP had the bearings in stock, and a great web page to make sure I was ordering the correct model. Problem solved for under $60.β
