WECU is an awesome credit union with tops customer service. The staff are incredibly kind, super knowledgeable, and lovely to work with. Employees are awesome and provide positive interactions. The process for accounts, loans, and credit cards is incredibly straightforward. They offer diligent help with all sorts of account management issues and ensure customers have the best options. All questions are very well answered. Customers report having the best experience and look forward to future banking there. Some wish for earlier bank hours.
