“I came to the Iron Gate, Bellingham, WA store to get a tire rotation on our Les Schwab purchased tires on a Saturday in mid August. The store was very busy as employees were helping other stores with deliveries etc...leaving minimal staff to work on quite a few vehicles. I was pleasantly greeted even though the staff was working their butts off trying to help everyone coming in (which was a lot of people). I was informed that the wait could be pretty long but they would get to our vehicle soon, the wait was not that long and the service was great. Jon (manager) has a great staff and the employees are serious about their work and it shows with all the repeat customers.”
