“Tahoma Home Care does a great job! Susie Parr, the owner, made a personal visit to our home to meet us and understand our needs. She described the services they provide and took notes where we had specific requests. Such as, vacuuming the couch each time to remove cat hair left by our furry friends. We hired her company on a bi-weekly basis and have been very happy. They do a great job and pay attention to detail and sometimes a little extra. (See photo of cat towels in the bathroom greeting us upon our return.) I appreciate the professionalism and reliability. Communication is easy as well.”

“Took my wedding ring in to be cleaned and repaired. I had forgotten that years before when I had lost a ruby that they had been replaced with an artificial stone. So unfortunately during the heat treatment the stones got bleached. Even though it was my forgetfulness Anthony's offered to replace the stones at no cost to me. I will be doing as much business with them as I can. They are great!”

The store itself is always wonderful to shop at. They consistently have the selections I’m looking for, and if they don’t, they’re always quick to offer other options or order items from another location. I even checked out the Covington location during this shopping trip. The item I wanted was available at both stores, but I still chose to purchase from the Maple Valley location because the experience here—especially thanks to Lisa—just can’t be matched. This store genuinely feels like family. I also want to add I love working with Shannon as well! She’s always so helpful and full of knowledge! She makes the shopping experience fun and helps me find exactly what I am looking for!
