She was just happy to be there, Unlike some of the other places I called.Just amazing customer service!!!! “Proper. Here is a place that understands customer service, atmosphere and, above all HONOR. When asked to hold several expensive coins until I arrived, they actually did, as opposed to the huge, corporate chains run by people people who don't care about the customer and were never hired because of their abilities in the first place. (Rhymes with "Smellevue Hair Groins") Small place, but neat and efficiently displayed. Not cluttered at all. I was quite relieved at the relative safety instead of the ghetto of downtown Tacoma (no coin shop down there is worth getting carjacked for). Stagg's was nothing like that, being right next door the a Law Enforcement HQ. I doubt too many criminals would try to fence stolen loot there when the law could catch up to them by simply walking, so the mess they bring with them is already not as great. The gentleman I was dealing with was a grown adult who seemed to understand his business and prioritized it over trying to avoid any work, even if it means faking some sort of offence, which was quite refreshing. Relaxed, easygoing, able to do business comfortably... this is how things should be, not blaming the customer when you "hold" items without double-checking and then shrug when you've driven to the shop from another county for pickup. People who care about their customers hardly ever do things like that, especially when it's several times in a row and it becomes obvious on the 3rd trip back and forth in the same day that they are just playing games and will refuse to sell you anything at all when you arrive on the last trip from out of town, but they will be giggling about it in the breakroom! Not so friendly. I never had so much trouble trying to spend $20,000 in my life! They sure showed me. This is why I will ONLY deal with Stagg's. The reviews are correct. There is still decency in the world and it lives in the heart of the one called Mark. Honor is worth more than gold.”

“Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.”

“Our recent order for delivery by "Instacart" from Fred Meyer in Kent, went wrong in every way possible. Caused by poor delivery service from instacart, our order was never delivered or delivered to the wrong address. So, I re-ordered, and delivery was scheduled for 10 AM. By 1:00 Pm the second order had not appeared, so I went to the Fred Meyer store to register a complaint and or get my money back. Th manager was sympathetic but was unable to help and I don't know why and went home only to find my order had been delivered four hours late. As I looked int my checking account and to my surprise, I had paid for two orders from Fred Meyer; adding insult to a bad experience with Instacart. I had to change my credit card to avoid further theft. Today, my account has been refunded to the amount paid for groceries never received and with to thank Fred Meyer's honesty, never again will we use or recommend INSTACART! Four stars are for Fred Meyer and thank you.”
