“Great with the exception that the indoor pool and outdoor pool are the same according to the staff. Didn't check it out, outdoor pools aren't heated so no go for me.”

“Great brunch spot. Nice ambience for all ages. We went for a birthday and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Very friendly. Food was great. Good options to choose from. Servers were available when we needed them and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We were very pleased and will return.”

“The rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. The place is a bit older than some other Raintree Vacation Club properties, but well maintained had great amenities and the staff is excellent. The location is beach front with a nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to many restaurants and two excellent coffee houses. We loved our stay in Birch Bay.”
