“Had a small leak in my roof and called Your Roof Medic first thing in the morning. They were very helpful on the phone and had someone out a couple of hours later. Fixed my leak quickly and repaired a couple other spots and charged me exactly what he quoted. Great service and really nice people”

The ladies were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. The shop is absolutely adorable, thoughtfully curated, and has such a great selection — and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for how unique everything is. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. ???????? Thank you!”
“The service was great! But the sizing is really weird, I got an XL in men’s PJ bottoms, and when I tell you they were so tight on me… I weigh 143, so there was NO WAY a MENS XL could be so tight around my waist, but it was, idk if they mixed up there whole stores sizing, but their PJ bottoms, honestly these XL’s should either be in smalls or medium cause this isn’t an XL this is a MEDIUM or SMALL. I’m not mad cause it was 10$ but common your sizing is for people who have anorexia, there’s noooo way it’s not.”

Really nice and helpful staff, well stocked, and the decorations are so well done. The vibe is just a very cool and fun one. But Spirit Halloween, come on. You've GOT TO STOP WITH THE OFFENSIVE RACIAL COSTUMES. People's race and cultural heritage are NOT acceptable to be dressed up as for Halloween! This isn't 1950, y'all know this. Do better.”

I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. “I LOVE having this store in the area I live. The sales are good and the staff is GREAT! Judith was extremely helpful today when I was buying a pair of capri's. She asked how they fit and I said a little loose which is what I prefer. She was honest and told me the Rainier pants do stretch and I may want to consider a size smaller. I tried on the smaller size and they fit nicely, though slightly more snug than I usually wear. Because of her help and honesty, I have a pair of capri's I'll be happy with in the longrun. The store was a bit unorganized, but considering my time of visit was near closing its understandable, the cashiers are my favorite they we welcoming and asked the right question and knew to anticipate my shopping concerns.
