Franciscan Medical Clinic is a nice and organized place. The wait time is reasonable. The staff is professional, sweet, and helpful. The doctors are good, caring, and amazing. They listen to concerns, take time diagnosing, and are informative. They make patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. The clinic provides fantastic care across many departments. Many patients highly recommend this location and would not go anywhere else.
It's shocking how this facility can say that it's in the business of helping people. They reschedule and push back appointments and then when you can finally be seen, they dismiss your concerns and push you out the door. The only doctor that is worth seeing is Dr Storm but she's an OBGYN, a general GP.

My wait time was reasonable. The staff is professional. I met with Dr. Martin and she listened to my concerns and took her time diagnosing me. She was informative and caring. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Matrin.
