MultiCare Sumner Medical Associates is a Patient-Centered Medical Home providing exceptional patient care. The practice aims to be a trusted, long-term medical home base for families. Patients describe it as a fantastic and nice place, often quiet, where they can get in and out quickly for early appointments. Using the MyChart app is highlighted as a simple way to get appointments easily and quickly, sometimes even the same day. The medical providers, including ARNPs, receive high praise for being really good, smart, and knowledgeable, answering all medical questions and offering significant help even for complex medical issues. Their assistants are also well-liked. However, some former patients express frustration when a provider leaves without notifying them or suggesting a replacement, which has prevented them from returning. Some feedback on the office environment notes that signage and the visibility of messy cabling behind monitors do not seem on brand for MultiCare.
