I love the camaraderie with other women. It's always a great workout, and I feel really proud of myself for having gone to the gym each time!”

“We just joined and like it so far. It seems to have everything you need to get a good workout in. Even my 13 yr old enjoyed it and wants to go back to help get in better shape for upcoming sports seasons. The staff is really nice and friendly. The other members are nice and helpful as well; we needed some assistance on a machine and another member stepped right in to give us advice. So refreshing to be at a place where people say hi and want to help.”
