“Coming from a soccer background, I missed the team spirit once I was done playing college soccer. Working out at a regular gym never brought the same joy and workout I was being used to. After starting at Gargoyle, I finally found a gym where I can get in a great workout and a community that cheers each other on. The coaches put a lot of effort into creating workouts for all levels of fitness and they want to make sure you reach your individual fitness goals. I cannot see myself going back to a regular gym after starting at Gargoyle. If you are considering starting working out I highly recommend Gargoyle.”

“I’ve taken my daughter to a couple MMA gyms & am very happy with PEAK MMA. Not only are the classes affordable, but the coaches (and owners) are very involved & enthusiastic with the kids. There’s always several coaches working with the kids at all times & they’re all very accommodating to different skill levels. The environment is super positive & just fun overall. The adult kickboxing classes are also really fun & I enjoyed doing them when I had free time. Definitely a good work out & you will not be disappointed!!”

“It was a great workout. Coach Jen is fabulous, enthusiastic, and motivating. I love the energy of your studio. You have a great front desk staff. When I am in the area again, I want to work out at Lake Tapps and take more classes. You have a great community.”

“Love this gym! Almost all new equipment. Excellent trainers and a fun atmosphere. Unique equipment to train for strong man competitions or just to play with for fun if you want to mix up your work out. I worked with Taylor and he always kept our training sessions fun and interesting!”

“I used to like this gym....was working on getting my body back postpartum. However, they changed their policies on bringing babies in strollers to the gym and now you either have to pay $19 a month on top of your platinum membership for kids club (which is only on weekday mornings until 1) or not bring your child to the gym. It doesn't work for me as a working mom and student. I think the child free crowd will be happy but they will lose a lot of clients who are parents of babies! Also they plan on taking our annual fee and monthly fee out before letting us cancel. The owner is supposedly Christian but business practices say otherwise.EDIT: They reached out to make it right with us by not charging us the fees and making sure we were happy. We understand why they changed the policy, and are glad they have empathized with us and made it right. I have always liked this gym and it's great if you go there enough to make the money worth it. It's a bit expensive but honestly the best in the area. Maybe will return someday! Thank you guys”

“I am 54 and I took my 11 and 14 year old nephews here for a trial hour on a Monday at 4pm. I did it too! There were 8 in the class. The Coach paired us off into stations. We rotated through 8 stations in an hour. It was challenging but doable. I want to fit this into MY life!”

“Great place for fitness. None of the extra stuff that the more expensive clubs have. Starting a routine or continuing a routine in fitness doesn't have to be complicated. The most important part is having a plan and committing. Planet fitness allows for you to do that.”

“I love this YMCA because it offers so many opportunities for me and my family to exercise, learn, and have fun. The pool is one of the best features. It is surprisingly warm, clean, and well-maintained. The locker rooms and restrooms are also great. They have showers to use before getting in the water, and a family locker room and bathrooms for convenience. Outside the pool, there is a rock climbing and play area for the kids where the parents can relax outside next to a cozy fireplace and vending machines. The swimming lessons are great too. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my child’s swimming skills and confidence. The only downside is that the slide is not always available, which can be disappointing for the kids. But overall, this is an amazing YMCA that I would highly recommend to anyone. 9.7/10 Amazing.”

“This is the best la fitness in the area by far. Very clean. Has new equipment compared to the others (fed way and Kent) it’s clean and not over crowded. Has no kids club, no sauna and no steam room so marked 4 stars not 5. Please add a sauna where your old kids club sits empty!!! The Kent and fed way always seem too crowded and have old equipment with missing parts…but they have saunas which are key for some.”
