We just had John redesign my current wedding ring to add a new diamond. He was attentive, listened to me while helping guide me in the direction my mind was already going (I just didn’t recognize it), and gave suggestions to help me feel the most comfortable with this change. All of the staff are wonderful and honest, and they are quick with turnarounds. I will always recommend Jeffrey’s Jewelers for any jewelry needs!!!

Booked online and when I walked in she was ready for me with no wait time. Can’t say the same for the last piercing shop I went to in downtown puyallup where I waited 2 hrs even with an appointment. Save yourself the hassle and go to Erin- you’ll be totally happy you did.”
“I’ve worked with Je and her team on two projects now! First, my grandmother’s engagement ring needed a fair amount of repair work and documentation for insurance purposes. Je walked me through what that process looked like, was upfront with all the costs, and laid out a reasonable timeline and then did all the things! I can now wear this sentimental jewelry with confidence that the center stone won’t go wandering.
My second project with Je was creating a custom wedding set! Again Je was great about explaining the process and price which included a consultation to figure what on earth I wanted, a 3D rendering, any tweaks that needed to be made, she offered a wax cast (I declined because I trust her), and the final rings. I can’t express how grateful I am to know that something so important was in such good hands. She communicated expertly and honestly about our first design (it was pretty bulky) and the adjusted design came out so beautifully in the actual rings I’m at a loss for words. Thank you thank you thank you a million times! She’s got a customer for life!!”

“I love this place, this is the only pawn shop Ill go to anymore. They really do treat you like family. I was broke and really needed money for.payroll and brought in my item. I told them my story and not only did they give me what I asked for, they even gave me an extra 50 dollars cause they could tell I was hurting. They also have an amazing selection of my type of stuff. The shoe selection is amazing as well. The only thing I wish they had was more Kobalt power tools. The hours are a bit weird sometimes too. i just went up there and they were closed in the middle of the day.”

“I took my ring here because one of my diamonds fell out of my wedding ring. I went in for surgery and couldn't get it off at the time so they tapped over it and when I got home the diamond came off with the tape. BLESSING! They informed me that my big center diamond was also lose and that several of my diamonds needed to be repronged. I have had my ring for about 24 years and have never done that because I didnt know you were supposed to do that. Yikes! 😬 They gave me a quote the next day by phone and had my ring back to me within the week. It. Is. BEAUTIFUL! It looks like the day my husband put it on my finger. But an excellent spirited man named ROBERT stayed after 33 whole minutes listening to my problem and was especially super sympathetic and showed so much concern by the end of the call I really literally felt better. This was such an amazing call. I had pawned something to return to Europe for a funeral. So I left and got back here in the states and discovered I was past due date. But when I returned to states sister died. This man was so nice and I know if we had more caring and sympathetic people like him with so much raw and genuine concern it made me cry.
