“Krystala was extremely helpful and patient when helping my husband and I trade in and upgrade our rings. She made recommendations based on what she understood that I liked, and she did great. So much so, that I ordered a ring that I hadn’t seen in person based on her recommendation. I was a bit nervous but she was very confident which helped me feel at ease. Kristin called us when the ring came in (which only took 1 day) and we went to see it. I was stunned, never did I think I’d weap a tear from a ring! Krystala did amazing- from answering questions, to sensing what I’d like. Super grateful for our experience. Kristin was super lovely as well. “I love this place, this is the only pawn shop Ill go to anymore. They really do treat you like family. I was broke and really needed money for.payroll and brought in my item. I told them my story and not only did they give me what I asked for, they even gave me an extra 50 dollars cause they could tell I was hurting. They also have an amazing selection of my type of stuff. The shoe selection is amazing as well. The only thing I wish they had was more Kobalt power tools. The hours are a bit weird sometimes too. i just went up there and they were closed in the middle of the day.”

Even though the store was busy she gave us her full attention. Everything went perfect. I’m very grateful. “They google the value of your item. Then they look for certain marks that say whatever you bring is authentic. They dont know how to actually authenticate things even with the receipt. So you dont know if what your buying is authentic. Different reps have different prices to offer. Theyre just not condistent and truly educated to authenticate things”
