“This PostNet has to be the top in the organization in all aspects! It is aways well staffed and the representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All of the equipment is always working, and they are there to help if you have any problems.
But the thing that stands out is the customer service! Genny, Ezra, Jacobi, and Cassandra always greet me by name (I have a business box there), and they remember things about our previous conversations. I sometimes expect them to pour me a drink and tell me to pull up a stool - it totally has that vibe! :-) I am never rushed and I have noticed that they give this service to all who enter.
Recently, I had a package that FedX lost (NOT PostNet's fault), and they have bent over backwards to help me retrieve it.
This team is why I never go to the U.S. Post Office and why I will refer any business to come here. Well done, team!”

“The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”
“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”
“Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.”
“I stopped by to get pricing options to ship a package out of the country and the woman working made it easy to see what options would be best. She was personable, kind, and took great care to make sure I could choose the best option. I’ll definitely use Auburn Postal Center in the future for mailing packages. It’s a great one stop shop!”

I wish I would have gotten his name but I didn’t, however, he was the only worker there at 845 in the morning I could see! Big shoutout to him for helping me get these documents scanned and sent! “I went to return some items to Amazon and at first I had selected the wrong return on the Amazon website which would have required me to supply a box and label. Unfortunately the 2 male workers were not very helpful stating that I would need to pay $8 for a box and label. I stood aside and started trying to cancel my return and redo it. I was having issues and Jessie came out from the back and was incredibly helpful. She was very patient with me helping me update the return so that I could do it for free from this location. The site was being frustrating so it took about 15 mins off and on of her assistance. She went above and beyond! I returned yesterday to do another return and Jessie helped me again. She was so incredibly positive, kind and patient. I wasn't particularly happy with the first workers my first trip because they weren't helpful, but Jessie saved the day. UPS is very lucky to have this employee at this location. She is a great asset to your company and provides exceptional customer service.”

I understood online said the expectation for posters was next day, but the team helped me with my questions and exceeded expectation by having the poster ready within a few hours. “Okay... It's 2021 and I'm still going to a print & ship center to print things. You'd think I'd just invest in a printer, but I haven't. And I probably won't. So that's why I'm super thankful for this FedEx location! I've come in here PLENTY of times to print, and a few times to ship some things. Service has always been really great and kind. Printing is a breeze and is decently priced. Computers are quick, printing is quick. It's an easy process and payment is simple, and contact-free. It's in the Commons Mall parking lot, so there's plenty of parking as well. Thankful for FedEx for making my life easier!”
