I received a canned answer about emailing Victra. Let me be clear. I had no problem with the store or the associate helping me. He was being honest and I like that. My issue is with Verizon. I have even called Verizon and they are unable to help. The best plan they had to offer was only about $10 -$20 off what I'm already paying for.which may not be bad for some people, but it's just too expensive for me.

I'm simply amazed by this place. I would highly recommend a guy named Dino. He really knows his job well. He served me with my new iPhone and was extremely patient and responsive. Plans, financing... he can help you with all these kind of staff. INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED!!!

I dropped and broke the screen protector on my iPhon 14 Pro. I have tried many times to install them myself but I have trouble with them. I went to the Veri store in Bonney Lake. The store was really busy but I waited and I am SO GLAD I did!! Mario was very patient with everyone there ! I highly recommend this Verizon store. EXCELLENT customer service and support!!

These people are rip-offs. They will not tell you upfront about charges. They demanded $54+ for activation and setup. All they did was put in a SIM in my own iPhone that had eSIM and didn’t require a SIM to begin with. I could have installed the SIM myself had they been upfront about what they would charge or could have gone to the Verizon corporate store. But I felt duped because they never once mentioned they will charge me so much until at the end.The receipt they gave was not from Verizon but some third party “Victra”. They should be ashamed of doing this. Costs should be stated upfront. Verizon should not allow this at a store that bears their name.I emailed the customer service email address for Victra but didn’t get any response. I had to contact my credit card company to get the charge reversed.

i went here to upgrade my phone and not only did they activate the WRONG phone and have to find the correct phone and reapply all the accessories they told me were FREE and were NOT. i wouldn't mind paying for them if i was told i was paying for them. the guy told me they were free and they most definitely were not. i'm pretty irritated because i can't get ahold of the store to deal with this.

Adding an additional line by calling Verizon directly. Caused two days and seven hours of doing just the opposite. Instead of adding a line they changed my phone number and couldn't figure out how to get it back. Christina at my local store. Went through the same experience that I did. As far as I'm concerned. Stores need to stay open to handle the damage control that customer service provides. Shop local.

Very personal and. Very helpful and patient. I never felt rushed. It was a pleasant experience with work with this Verizon employee. I’ll go back again if I have a problem with my new phone.

Worst Verizon store I’ve been to by far. Management is a joke. They will tell you one thing then it’s a total different thing. We tried the internet and it didn’t work for us. They said we can bring it back in store and it’s easy. Not the case. We had to call customer service. Get a box sent. Then when trying to pick up my daughters watch we bought her to start school we got passed around to 3 different people since no one wanted to help. We were the only customers in the store. The rest of the staff all just stood around one table laughing and joking. Absolutely unprofessional and will not be returning to this store ever again. Don’t waste your time.

Brian helped me. He was genuine, and listened to my issue. He gave me options on how to proceed without pressure. Was great to work with.
