“Came here for a quick repair service, the staff was very attentive and friendly and was able to squeeze me in and even find some savings for me on top of an already competitive price.
Only thing was the parking lot in the back is a bit narrow and you have to bring your bike through the front entrance.
I'll definitely revisit for any tuneups I need in the future!”

“my back tire on my mountain bike kept going flat (even though i was just riding it on paved trails), and chuck and andy fixed it multiple times, charged me a fraction of the price since it kept happening, and eventually replaced the whole tire for less than $20 to guarantee it would stop popping. they were also very nice, and they work efficiently even when they’re busy. will definitely be back here for future maintenance!”

“I needed replacement Campy brake and shifter cables for my back wheel and was happy to be able to buy just those two cables from Branford Bike, rather than having to get a set of four cables and housings from an online store. I'd called ahead to see if the cables were available, and when I showed up, they were sitting on the counter, ready for me. The person working was also helpful and supportive of me in my first attempt to really work on my bike myself, which I appreciated.”

“We had a great purchase experience of a new Tern bike, and have also had an excellent service experience for our Rad bike. We purchased the Rad used to see if e-bikes were a good fit for our family, and the folks at Seattle electric bike helped point out some of the reasons they weren't huge Rad fans in a very objective, non-judgmental way. The Rad ended up having some issues down the line, so when we needed a new bike we came back to test drive some options. They were informative, clearly knowledgeable bike people that answered our questions to help guide us to an option we're really happy with and have enjoyed for over a month of summer. “I only have experience ordering online, and email interactions so far. I needed parts for a new bike, and they got them shipped and out to me way faster than I expected with some extra bike related swag, which they totally did not have to do. I *wish* they were my local bike shop but I'm several hundred miles down south in SF Bay area.
Customer service above and beyond. I hope to visit them in person next trip to Seattle to thank them for being awesome.
