“My bike chain slipped and I was not able to change gears, they fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt charge me (I am a kid though), the staff was also very helpful and nice”
“Came here for a quick repair service, the staff was very attentive and friendly and was able to squeeze me in and even find some savings for me on top of an already competitive price.
Only thing was the parking lot in the back is a bit narrow and you have to bring your bike through the front entrance.
I'll definitely revisit for any tuneups I need in the future!”

“my back tire on my mountain bike kept going flat (even though i was just riding it on paved trails), and chuck and andy fixed it multiple times, charged me a fraction of the price since it kept happening, and eventually replaced the whole tire for less than $20 to guarantee it would stop popping. they were also very nice, and they work efficiently even when they’re busy. will definitely be back here for future maintenance!”

“I needed replacement Campy brake and shifter cables for my back wheel and was happy to be able to buy just those two cables from Branford Bike, rather than having to get a set of four cables and housings from an online store. I'd called ahead to see if the cables were available, and when I showed up, they were sitting on the counter, ready for me. The person working was also helpful and supportive of me in my first attempt to really work on my bike myself, which I appreciated.”

Tyler and Robert worked hard to find a bike that fit my budget and parameters, and made sure to have me (and my son!) test out each bike. (They also let my 5 year old hang out at the shop and cannily bribed him to get him on the bikes!)
They were really focused on making sure that I walked out of the shop with a bike that made sense for me and my family.

“I only have experience ordering online, and email interactions so far. I needed parts for a new bike, and they got them shipped and out to me way faster than I expected with some extra bike related swag, which they totally did not have to do. I *wish* they were my local bike shop but I'm several hundred miles down south in SF Bay area.
Customer service above and beyond. I hope to visit them in person next trip to Seattle to thank them for being awesome.

The quality of service has always been very high, whether it was getting fitted for and buying my Heckler in the early 2000s, getting my Schwinn Sting Ray and Peddle Power BMX bikes serviced in the mid to late ‘70s, or building my Tarmac.
