“I ordered a full home package which included everything from structural steel, framing, interior woods, windows and doors. The quality of everything was excellent, deliveries were on time with punctual updates. I was able to build a beautiful home in Hawaii. Eventually, years later, three of our Evergreen Tinted double paned, sliding glass doors were failing. I tried to pursue the issue with the manufacturer and got nowhere. Pacific Source took it upon themselves to work directly with the manufacturer for us to get our warranty for the windows and get them replaced. This was above & beyond what they were required to do. “In the past I was able to pick up small amounts of flashing or roofing material for small projects. I just picked through a collection of broken bundles and metal with accidental extra bends. That’s no longer available due to “liability”. Looks like they’ve gone corporate.Still a reasonable place to check price and availability for larger projects.WINTER HOURS (in effect now) are 1/2 hour shorter than Summer hours shown in the description, so double check if you might be trying to stop by at the end of the day.
