“Service was exemplary. I was greeted immediate and directed to an aisle where I could find needed materials. Once there and a little lost, I was rescued by another associate. Both were knowledgeable in both what I was working on as well as the store product that would best fit my needs. Checkout was a breeze with a Real Live Checker (I hate self checkout), and I was on my way minutes after arriving. Thanks Home Depot!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Ricky and Kevin, who performed warranty repairs at my new construction home. They had an exceptional attention to quality and detail in performing adjustments to my glass shower enclosure, and ensured that the installation was perfect. Throughout the execution of the job they prioritized my satisfaction.”

“Being a home owner and not a professional contractor, you can tell they were trying to be patient with my inexperience. I kept changing my layout and they did their best to provide everything I needed. When mistakes were made, everyone worked through it and made sure I had what I needed before pouring my stem wall. These guys are super busy and still find time to make subtle changes. The guys that dropped off the forms are really nice and laid out everything in an organized manner. I would recommend them to any DIY home owners that are taking on foundation projects. Thank you!”

“I've mostly worked with Dave at this location but I have also worked with Kate and Nick. They were all fantastic to work with! Dave is my main contact and he is so great with communication. Kate is super sweet and easy to work with. Nick was such a great help when there was a shipping error that needed to be fixed (we were shipping to them and it was sent to the wrong location). I definitely recommend them for any of your projects!”

“I called a hour before close and they had exactly what I was looking for. They also checked to make sure I had a way to get my large items needed home. They said they would be there until 4pm. I headed straight over there and they helped me find my product and helped me load it into my vehicle. SO HELPFUL! Great Service & Knowledgeable about their products!”

“Made a second visit to this location and needed advice of an electrical nature. Good advice was given cheerfully and I am appreciative. Some parts were hard to find and selections were not as great as I would have preferred, but all in all a successful visit.”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”
