Found this newer park on maps and wanted to go check it out! Modern play set and swings for children. Other have noted that there is not garbage cans or bathrooms available but that didn't bother me because those amenities often get abused when they do become available.. pack it out for now. Maybe they will be added in the second phase. Large mowed grass area just uphill from the park where I let my dog chase stick for a while. Noticed an old heirloom apple orchard in the fenced area under powerlines which is also county owned and has trails from north road all they way to Newton road and North Creek boardwalk. While there is not a designated dog park area here, there is great potential for it! Still a very peaceful and secluded park tucked away in this growing high density area. Thank you to Jim Corcoran for donating his land for this beautiful kids park. I gotta wonder though, if he just had a strong disdain for all the developments gobbling up greenspace, or maybe never had kids to leave the property to later?? Possibly he did have kids and they were unworthy of such a gift? Land value was just over 1.5 million at time of donation but I know to any developer, this land space would have been turned into a sardine can of housing and worth far more once it had 40+ 900k houses. Standard is 8 homes per 1/4 acre now days in HD zoning. Thank you again, Jim and Snohomish County!

Small community park with a good playground. No trash bin or restroom.

Really nice playground, a little hidden treasure. No bathrooms or trash cans. Parking is limited but plenty of street parking. Sun hits directly at it during the morning time so best to come in the evening when the trees give more shade

The park is wonderful for the neighborhood, and I do appreciate all the work that the county put into getting this done. However, there was a big miss on how the pedestrian access was handled. There is zero pedestrian access as the sidewalk ends in a fence, and forces the visitors (children) onto the street. A simple cut of the fence and a just a gravel walkway would do wonders. A shame that cars got a driveway and parking before children got a sidewalk!

A wonderful park that is here because of Mr Corcoran's generosity. We will always be grateful.

Update after there’s a reply to my comment:
- no, actually it’s good there’s no dog park - cause we know how ‘responsible’ some dog owners are. They will occupy kids playground, and will not clean up after their dogs

- No dog park - thank you
- Just a few parking spaces, maybe for 4, 5 cars
- Small park in the neighborhood between the houses
- Will suit kids 3 to 10 year old

An off-leash Dog Park was touted on the website. I couldn't find one.
The childrens' play area is probably the best feature.
There's large area of Common Ragwort and Spear Thistles. 'Not certain why that is necessary?
It's very small and not a place to which I would return.
It's probably nice for the neighborhood.
