“Great place to find that unique gift. Parking is good and one great staff.Need that glass butterfly or something with Mickey on it. This is the place to find it.”
“After a delay in my initial purchase which turned out not to be the fault of the store, the owner went to great lengths to make everything right. The item was shipped to me quickly and she made sure it was packaged with great care. Thank you”
“This is such a lovely and wonderful store to have in the neighborhood! They have a great collection of hand-made art, crafts, food, souvenirs, and gift ideas. The style is great, not gaudy at all. And the prices are super affordable. Best of all, everything is locally sourced in the PNW. Really kind and attentive staff as well. I highly recommend this shop!”
“If I could give this place a 100 stars I would! The owners are absolutely amazing, seriously the kindest hearts you will ever meet. They are all about helping people and it's genuine. The wonderful things they have done for my mom and her health, I couldn't be more grateful to have had the pleasure of coming here. Also, they have better prices then any other compound in the area. Thank you Mike for all you have done!”

“Many years ago, I had bookmarked this boutique as a place to visit ‘someday.’ The exterior is unlike any place in Seattle. An old fire house turned boutique. Yes, please! Since then, I’ve visited many times because the inside is even better than the stunning exterior. Mary buys everything for the shop, so she is super knowledgeable & helpful when it comes to the incredible small & local brands they carry. If you have a gift closet like I do (highly recommend that btw for gifts/cards in a pinch), or you just like to treat yourself (also recommend), you absolutely must shop at Station 7!”
“I just found out about them through a special person in my life and now it appears they went out of business. Hopefully they just relocated because they were doing things for the right reasons.”
“Lots of cool little things in this shop. Pricy, but great quality. The woman who has rung me out a few different times has always been really sweet. I also like that they sell Blackwing pencils individually. Everywhere else sells Blackwings in expensive packs.”
“Great store with nice clothes for the ladies but it has cool kitchen gifts and trendy NW cookbooks. They always do a great job with seasonal merchandising. Nice local spot!”

“Probably my favorite boutique shop of decorations, jewelry, stationary, gifts, etc. I have shopped hear for years and their buyer just has amazing taste. The prices are a little on the hide side but they are aligned with the quality of the products - I am just a little frugal. At every turn, there is literally something I would LOVE to have and that is NOT how I am when I shop. The service lacks. In fact, they may actually be chained to the desk with the register since they never leave it. :). Even when I ask them a question, they answer it from there. They are not rude but they are not really friendly but they do get the job done. Note the return policy is only 14 days so if you aren't 100% sure, just make sure you have time in the next 2 weeks to potentially return it. They do not make exceptions. Note that there is an upstairs which has furniture and wall decorations. That is also where the clearance items are. It is a shop you want to make sure you check out when in this cool downtown Kirkland area. You will love it!”
“It it so good I can’t even even remember remember what I was talking talking to to the guy in front of us and I was talking to about how he had was like a a little little girl I don’t don’t think he I know what he is said to him and then I was just saying that like he was talking to with his mom dad and I he said that he said he he was was talking about the girl and he was talking about the girls that he he said that was talking talking to me and I said I was like like I don’t know what I don’t think that and he just like like like he just don’t don’t say it that I way too well and I he was like talking to him I and then I said I yeah I but I said I don’t know what I happened to be say I that I was like I was talking”
“Visit! Red Ticking is a gem of a store and Pam is a dream of a partner for designing the lifestyle you want for your home. With her heart and expertise, she saw my imaginations and made them real. Stop into the shop, it's a treat.”
“Very nice and welcoming staff it's a pleasure just browsing here for new local things. The items are kind of over priced but I feel like it's ok for one off occasions. I just chalk it up to research premium to find interesting local brands and items. Besides this store has been around for as long as I can remember, it has a special place in my heart.”
“Been coming here for 40 years now. They have a beautiful and thoughtfully curated selection of Japanese kitchenware and ceramics, and the range of tea is pretty extensive. Other favorite departments are the incense, the (small but nice) selection of office supplies, and the wall of cute pens! Really fun place to visit.”
“I absolutely love this store. They have tons of pop culture merchandise. They are sisters with Hot Topic so have similar stuff but honestly usually their stuff is better. One employee, Masa, is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he's passionate about the merchandise - or at least about Disney and I appreciate that. The blue haired manager is less nice - usually has a look of annoyance on her face but will still help you occasionally.”
“Thank you Brenda for going above and beyond tonight calling other stores to try to locate an item & Sean for the excellent customer service :) I appreciate both of you for being so loving and kind to Jack, the visiting dog! He loves the toy!”

“Fireworks always has a wide selection of gifts and novelties. I especially love the jewelry selection featuring local artists. The shop is a burst of color and unexpected treasures, with so many items layered in the space - from a giant metal chicken to a cute hostess or baby gift or beautiful pair of earrings.”
“Nice little gift shop for folks looking to bring back souvenirs of Seattle. Some items are priced accordingly and other items are priced pretty high. It’s a cashless venue so be prepared.”

“Very cool shop. I mean, if you want the one specific thing they sell. Which I do sometimes! The staff is always kind and helpful. If you need a great gift for someone, stop by.”

“I love everything about this place. Quality essential oils and incense not to mention the fabulous jewelry! I have shopped here for years! no longer live in Seattle so I am not able to pop in like I did in the past but she does a weekly “Jewelry for Queens” show where she showcases the hidden gems she has in the shop that week. I have made 7 online purchases since January plus when I was home in May I was able to drop in and stock up! I am always thrilled with my purchase's from The Varja. I absolutely love with this one of a kind shop!”
“I sent a basket to my son and family and they were extremely pleased with it. They raved about how wonderful it was. It was easy to order, arrived on time. Great to do business with”

“I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”

“I went the the ER twice in two week. The first time I went, the check in staff was very friendly, I waited about three hours but was seen by Dr. Glenn during the beginning of his shift and he was good. Ran the tests and listened. My only complaint for this visit was that they immediately put drugs in me which made me feel better but also prevented me from advocating for myself fully. The second time around, I refused drugs. The second time around, I was not given a bed but rather was seen in a tent. The check in staff again was friendly and I went this time on a Sunday so the wait was non existent. I had three attempts at getting my blood and I feel like only the last nurse listened and thanked me for advocating for myself. The other nurse and doctor just went ahead with full size needles and really bruised me up bad. I'm writing this review two weeks later and still have huge bruises on my arms. The doctor in the tent told me he didn't know what was wrong, upped the opioids and sent me about my way. Couldn't refer me to a PCP and the wait for UW Primary Care is through December. Not the hospitals fault. Overall as a Black woman, I felt heard. It's terrifying being a POC and having to seek care but advocate for yourself and if they're doing something you don't think is right, ask to speak to the charge nurse and document it- both for yourself and in your chart. MAKE THEM LISTEN TO YOU!”

“Love this store! I come here every other Christmas season or for very special birthdays. I reserve these gifts for the closest of people to me. The shoes last forever, have never had to get a repeat set, I got my dad one size to small of a sweater and the owners were super chill letting him exchange it without a recipes/or without me being there. (Please try to keep a gift recipe tho,its harder than you think running a small business).”
“I went to this store for a couple of small items, and Tobi was working cleaning and stocking. She stopped what she was doing and greeted me with a big smile, and asked how she could help me. She answered every question with a smile, and told me to hurry back as I was leaving. This girl needs a raise and a huge pat on the back. I will stop buy again just to see that beautiful smile and warm greeting.”
“Love this shop! One of my go-tos for quick and meaningful gifts. Really appreciate their mission is around preserving traditional handicrafts and supporting charity work in the areas they highlight. Can't recommend enough!”
