As an added benefit the cabinets offered are manufactured by Canyon Creek right up the road in Monroe, WA. The project couldn't have gone better. Provide accurate dimensions, have some idea of your design preferences and Randy S. will dial you into the Canyon Creek product line, with full 2D and 3D renderings. Quotes, design refinement, order placement, scheduling, delivery, etc. it all went smoothly. It is so nice it is to have these quality local businesses and a qualified/skilled person at the other end of the phone to work with!”

“I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.”

“Friendly Staff and I'm not sure if it's because they stock more or if this store is less frequented since it's basically part of the mall, or at least have to deal with mall traffic, They have almost everything still available from the holiday sales Home Depot is offering this year, compared to the others around that are starting to dwindle in inventory or those items. We've been to other places that ignore requests to help and tell you to do it yourself while employees stand around doing nothing. Of note, the Redmond Home Depot staff kindly help us tie our tree to our SUV every time we buy a tree from here. This has become my favorite place to shop for seasonal decorations and lawn and garden stuff. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate that while they have several self-check lines, they still have a couple of cashier run registers as well.”

I called ahead for T12 bulbs, electrical person said they have 13, confirmed one more time he is checking correct product, showed up and they did not have them, electrical person took now accountability for not paying attention and said he was going on break and juat walked away, other than that we usually have positive experiences”
