The store offers reasonable and decent prices for pretty much anything, though it is noted that tools can be more competitive elsewhere. The store is generally quiet and staff members are helpful if you can find them, though some items like tools are locked up. Customer service can set a new standard, with efficient delivery and installation of appliances. Staff demonstrate extreme helpfulness, patience, and endless generosity, going way out of their way to assist customers, which contributes to excellent experiences. This has earned them new, loyal customers who appreciate how they get the job done.
A big shout out to Bryan in the garden department. He was very helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable about the plants I was interested in and set me up for success. I thought the price was very reasonable and my plants look very healthy. I'll be back.

Excellent, service and selection. However Google has the wrong location for North Seattle Lowes! It directs you to the other (East) side of Aurora, but it is actually on the West side of Aurora!
