“We had a great stay for a low key Staykation for my daughter's birthday. It was quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Preston at the front desk was really great. You could tell that he really cared about giving us a great experience. He was very professional even through some trials that were out of his control. We will definitely stay again!”

A little hotter then tepid water for showers - the pools showers were hotter.
Might think about hand soap dispenser for bathroom because its a waste of a bar of soap. You have shower stuff , do the foam soap for wall bathroom like in restaurants

“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The front desk staff was especially wonderful — the young woman who assisted me was very kind, professional, and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I had to check out earlier than planned due to personal circumstances. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I want to highlight the level of professionalism demonstrated by the night audit, Nick. It is rare to encounter such consistently strong service during late night hours, yet Nick delivered a level of courtesy, attentiveness, and efficiency that truly stood out. His calm, professional demeanor created a welcoming environment at a time when many hotels struggle to maintain service quality. This level of commitment reflects extremely well on the property and on IHG as a whole.
The room itself was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Cleanliness is one of the most important indicators of a well managed hotel, and this location exceeded expectations. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt fresh, organized, and cared for.
I was also impressed by the laundry facilities. The washers and dryers were not only clean and modern, but genuinely nicer than what I’ve seen at many comparable hotels. The convenience of being able to use a credit or debit card instead of searching for coins made the process simple and stress‑free. It’s a small detail, but it demonstrates that hotel’s leadership team understands what travelers actually need.
