“My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bothell, Washington, was exceptional from start to finish.

I want to highlight the level of professionalism demonstrated by the night audit, Nick. It is rare to encounter such consistently strong service during late night hours, yet Nick delivered a level of courtesy, attentiveness, and efficiency that truly stood out. His calm, professional demeanor created a welcoming environment at a time when many hotels struggle to maintain service quality. This level of commitment reflects extremely well on the property and on IHG as a whole.

The room itself was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Cleanliness is one of the most important indicators of a well managed hotel, and this location exceeded expectations. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt fresh, organized, and cared for.

I was also impressed by the laundry facilities. The washers and dryers were not only clean and modern, but genuinely nicer than what I’ve seen at many comparable hotels. The convenience of being able to use a credit or debit card instead of searching for coins made the process simple and stress‑free. It’s a small detail, but it demonstrates that hotel’s leadership team understands what travelers actually need.

“The Anderson School hotel is seriously beautiful, and the entire property and grounds are so cool to walk around and explore. But what really made the trip for us was the staff—everyone we ran into was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful the whole time. We had such a blast here that we're already hyped to check out the other hotels these guys own. We’ll absolutely be back! Also...the blackberry cider is AMAZING. Give it a try when you visit.”

“We had a great stay for a low key Staykation for my daughter's birthday. It was quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Preston at the front desk was really great. You could tell that he really cared about giving us a great experience. He was very professional even through some trials that were out of his control. We will definitely stay again!”

“I travel for work but only occasionally stay in hotels for leisure - my family and I ran a fun race down in Kenmore so we stayed at this HGI. It was a nice place with nice staff. The room was really quiet and the manager left a nice treat with a nice card thanking me for being a Diamond. Well thank YOU, that was a nice surprise. I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area.
